Red Wings 2 to 1 loss to the Oilers

Detroit, MI  – Ryan Nugent-Hopkins’ goal late in the second period would power the Edmonton Oilers to a 2-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings last night at the JOE.  The loss is the fifth in a row for the Red Wings, who now fall to fifth place in the NHL’s Atlantic Division.  Justin Abdelkader’s first period power play goal the Wing’s only score in last night’s loss.
