The Jackson College women’s basketball team got off to a hot start this season winning 11 of their first 12 games. The Jets then hit a 3-game slide. Jackson has apparently righted the ship and have won 4 straight games after a 59-50 win on Monday at Lansing Community College.
The Jets jumped out to a 12 point halftime lead and weathered a third quarter rally by the Stars before pulling away in the fourth quarter.
Jackson was led by Daelyn Merillat who had 15 points, and Taylor Hutchinson with 13 points.
