A pair of former Detroit Tigers – Jack Morris and Alan Trammell – are among the 10 modern era finalists for the possible election to the Baseball Hall of Fame this year by the ‘veterans’ committee.
Other notable names on the committee’s list are: Steve Garvey, Tommy John, Luis Tiant and Marvin Miller.
