Frank Pomarico was a co-captain of Notre Dame’s 1973 national championship football team and a great admirer of legendary coach Ara Parseghian.
Three years in the making Frank’s book about the coach and the glory days of Notre Dame football in the early 70’s is titled “Ara’s Knights”.
Frank will be at the Carnegie Branch of the Jackson District Library. Friday at 6pm for a book talk, sale, and signing.
Gerry Dinardo, who now comments on the Big Ten Network was one of Frank’s closest confidants at Notre Dame and they took their cues from Gerry’s older brother who played for the Irish, Larry Dinardo…
