Michigan State University is the recipient of a $1 millions gift from MSU alumnus, Jackson’s William Deary and his wife Cherilyn.
The endowment will help with an upgrade to the Breslin Center and assist in completing fundraising for the expansion of the north end zone expansion at Spartan Stadium.
It’s the 20th gift of at least $1 million to MSU athletics since the start of it’s Empower Extraordinary campaign in 2011.
The Dearys founded Great Lakes Caring in 1994. It’s among the largest providers of hospice and home health in the country.
