Detroit, MI – In one of the closest votes in Major League Baseball History, the Detroit Tigers’ Justin Verlander loses to the Boston Red Sox Rick Porcello by just 5 points for this year’s American League Cy Young Award. Amazingly, two writers left Verlander completely off their ballots, a move that would lead to the Tigers’ ace falling short in winning the award. Justin’s wife, Kate Upton took to social media to voice her displeasure with the decision.
