The #1 seeded Spring Arbor women’s soccer team has advanced to the semi-finals in the championship tournament after a victory over #8 seeded Vanguard from California. Bethany Balcer scored the lone goal in Spring Arbor’s 1-0 win over Vanguard in the quarterfinal game.
The defending nation champion Cougars will face #13 Baker from Kansas at noon on Friday. Tournament games are being played in Orange, Alabama.
