Pistons vs. Everybody

A scramble play resulted in the Knicks getting the ball for a go-ahead bucket in the final seconds against the Pistons and winning 113-111 at Madison Square Garden. Detroit head coach Monty Williams was incensed with the lack of a call on the physicality of the play, venting for a full minute on the officiating after the game and walking away. Cade Cunningham scored 32 and made 5 threes, but said that livid is the word that described their locker room after the result. The games head official said in a pool afterward that a foul should have been called and they made a mistake. In the end, it was the 6th loss in a row for the Pistons.
