Saturday the Jet’s played host to Lake Michigan College. The women’s team came out with a 57-83 win. Jada Patton was the leading scorer for the Jet’s with 23 points and 14 boards, Morgan Morris had 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Zaria Bridgewater was also among the top scores with 18 points. The men’s team also picked up a 69-78 win over the Red Hawks. Top scorers for the Jet’s were Akhwari Smith with 17 points and 10 rebounds, Dayton Cole with 16 points and 11 rebounds, and Alex Daniels had 12 points.
Next up for the Jet’s is a women’s and men’s double header tonight at home against Ancilla College. Tip time for the women’s team is 5:30 PM. The men’s team will follow.
