Depleted Michigan State basketball pulls away in second half to beat upset-minded High Point

With the Michigan State basketball roster missing four players, High Point made the most of the situation, nearly pulling off a massive upset Wednesday in Breslin Center.

But Gabe Brown wasn’t going to let that happen.

Brown hit four 3-pointers in the second half, including three in a two-minute span, to break open a one-score game as part of an 18-7 run that helped lead the Spartans to an 81-68 win.
