GL won game two 16 to 1 after 3 innings. The Warriors collected 12 hits with Sal Vitale and Gavin Killinger each producing 3 RBIs. Manny “Wild Thing” Schafran pitched 3 innings of 1 unearned run ball while giving up just 1 hit.

Napoleon Varsity Pirates Breeze Past Leslie
Napoleon Varsity Pirates easily dispatched Leslie on Wednesday, 15-2.
Napoleon Varsity Pirates were the first to get on the board in the first when Molly Simpson singled, scoring one run.
Napoleon Varsity Pirates scored five runs on five hits in the top of the third inning. Hayden Rendall homered to right field, scoring two runs, Kaitlyn Fall singled, scoring two runs, and Katelyn Ault singled, scoring one run.

Napoleon Varsity Pirates Fall Victim To Leslie Rally
Napoleon Varsity Pirates could not hold onto the lead against Leslie on Wednesday at TBD and fell 10-8 despite leading by four at one point.
Molly Simpson collected three hits in four at bats in the loss. Simpson doubled in the sixth inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and singled in the first inning.
Napoleon Varsity Pirates opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to three singles. Napoleon Varsity Pirates first got on the board when Hayden Rendall singled, scoring one run.
Fogg singled to center field on a full count, which helped Leslie tie the game at four in the top of the fourth.
Napoleon Varsity Pirates took the lead in the bottom of the fifth inning after Leslie committed an error, Kaitlyn Fall hit a sacrifice fly, and Katelyn Ault grounded into a fielder’s choice, each scoring one run.
Leslie tied the game in the top of the sixth thanks to a double by Beegle, and an error.
