Jackson College women basketball continued their winning ways as they took down Oakland Community College 96-71 last night at home. Kylona Butler had 18 points, Zoandria Bamm put up 18 points and pulled down 10 rebounds, Michelle McGee had 16 points on the night. With the win the lady Jets are 17-6 overall and 7-1 in conference play.
The men picked up a win at last night, 66-61 over Oakland Community College also at home. Savonn Campbell lead all scorers with 20 points last night, Cooper Johnston had 11, and Bobby Roberts put up 10 points, 9 blocks, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists on the night. The men are 3-19 on the season, 1-7 in conference play.
The Jets are on road this Saturday against Wayne County Community College, the women tip off at 1:00 and the men at 3:00.
