Women’s Basketball
Jackson College 79. South Suburban 55: Three players scored in double digits as Jackson College improved to 6-0 on the season. Kaylona Butler scored 28 points, Michelle McGee added 23 points and four assists, and Zoie Bamm finished with 16 points and seven rebounds. Jackson College hosts Muskegon Community College Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. live on JTV.TV.
Bowling
Jackson College at Warrior Classic: Jackson College finished fifth in the women’s competition at Rochester University. Chloe Manifold averaged 183 and Haley Wallace and Sydney Nichols both averaged 171 for the Jets. The men finished 10th in their competition as Tobyn LePeak averaged 200, Jackson Kremer 194, and Brice Sandoval 191 for Jackson. The Jets are off until the first weekend in January.
