Cascades Conference

Napoleon @ Columbia Central 25-18, 25-15, 24-26, 25-15

Columbia Varsity Volleyball battles in a tough match with our friendly Pirates down the road on M50!  We always love this battle & tonight was a special match as we hosted our Volley for Hope night.  This is always a very special night as we celebrate our hard fighting cancer survivors & we remember those that we have lost.  Tonight is a good reminder that we can never take any day for granted & live your life to the fullest each & every day.

Unfortunately on the court we fell in 4 sets a tough Napoleon team!
18-25, 15-25, 26-24, 15-25
We have some really great moments of volleyball. We are working hard for the post season & only have one more regular season game & a tough tournament leading up to districts!  Next Tuesday we match up with Manchester & its also another special night to celebrate our awesome 6 seniors!

Addison @ Jonesville 25-16, 25-27, 26-16, 21-25, 15-7

Leslie vs. East Jackson 29-27, 17-25, 17-25, 25-13, 15-10

Manchester vs. Homer 25-21, 25-18, 25-23

Homer lost to Manchester in conference play 21-25, 18-25, 23-25

Elle Petersen led  with 12 kills and Kennedy Miller had 9. Paige Austin had 8 kills and 15 digs . Alexis Mesdagh had 9 assists.
We played a step slow tonight. When got into long rallies we got frustrated rather excited that we were keeping it going.  That was the real difference. Manchester just kept playing the rally.
Homer is now 25-6-1 and will resume conference play at Vandercook on Thursday.
