Napoleon defeated Adrian HS 4-3. Grant Bradley (Napoleon) collected 3 hits and Tyler Nall (Napoleon) had 2 hits. Pirate pitchers: Landen Melchiori, Tyler Nall, and Christian Nykamp were outstanding on the day.
Napoleon 5, Columbia Central 4 Lucas Hankis (Napoleon) had 3 hits, and Brandon Crites (Napoleon) had 2 hits including a walk off 2 RBI double. Crites was named the Wood Bat tournament MVP.

Troy Gilpin started game one, LaPorte came on to relieve, and Caden Oliver closed the door. Offensively, the Panthers exploded for 15 hits, coming from eight different players.

Nick Allen threw 4 innings, and Ben Parrott threw two. In game two, the Panthers had six hits, coming from Oliver, Parrot, Braun, Trudell, Allen and Wagner. Western is back in action on Tuesday against Hastings.

Bree Okoniewski got the win in game 2. Giving up 1 unearned run and striking out 9 in 5 innings of work. The Titans offense was led by Emily Rogers and Mallory Arcaro with each recording 2 hits and multiple RBI.
